Active Arts is a Southampton based organisation, facilitating
workshops, activities and events, to support and encourage well-being and personal development through
creativity and community.
Our main activities
include Drumming, Yoga, Dance, Arts & Craft and Sound Therapy.
We work regularly with a wide range of clients
within Corporate, Education, Health, Special Needs, Youth, Festival and Community
sectors supporting growth through team-building, well-being and education.
Along side this we also provide regular community
workshops, classes and events suitable for all ages and abilities, in and
