No previous singing experience required.

Yoga Chant facilitated by Richard Parker
Yoga
chanting is an ancient, effective and beautiful way of opening our body,
exploring our natural voice and connecting to the resonance within us.
The session includes elements of yoga meditation, gentle movement,
breath work, voice practices and chants from a variety of cultures and
traditions, that are easy to pick up and supported by harmonious,
resonant and percussive instruments.
Winchester Workshop: Level:Open to all, no experience necessary. Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a cushion for the floor. Dates: 1st & 3rd Mondays in the month / Please see our Events Diary for dates.
